Warranty

All Mach 2 boats come with a 2 year warranty which warrants that the boat and its associated parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty Period under conditions of "reasonable use".

Mach 2 Boats is not liable to the buyer for damage caused to the boat and its associated parts by:

• Wear and tear
• Accident
• Vandalism
• Neglect
• Inproper set up
• Non approved repair
• Transportation damage
• Storage damage

The warranty policy may be transferred with the boat upon the sale to a third party only with the consent of Mach 2 Boats.
