Introducing the Mach2.3

The third major upgrade in the illustrious life of the Mach2 Moth has been completed and is now shipping.

We've been working hard to make the Mach2 faster, stronger and more reliable, whilst only adding 150 grams to the overall weight.

The M2.3 incorporates production improvements, lessons learned from the Sorrento World Championships and sailor feedback.

This is the best version yet of the our 7 times World Championship winning boat.

Mach 2 Essentials

Exciting Stuff!

The Mach 2 complies with the International Moth class rules. The International Moth has a history going back to 1928. It has a strong association with well organized world, regional and national championships in many countries. The International Moth Class is a development class that has been able to evolve over time into one of the most exciting classes in the world. The Moth Class encourages forward thinking with its simple rules and has been able to develop dramatically over time. Read more...

Evolution/Revolution of Foils

While many developments within the International Moth class have made the boat go faster, nothing compares to the revolution that foils brought to the class. It started with a bunch of guys in Perth playing around, and has resulted in almost doubling the speed of the class. The International Moth now easily beats an 18 foot skiff, an A Class cat and just about any other around the buoys high performance boat. Trying to describe to someone what a foiling Moth is seems almost impossible without showing one in the flesh. At least you, with the pictures and videos on this website, may get an idea of what this revolution means.
